e seguendo il link contenuto nell'articolo:

channel on new PCs limited to specific types of hardware."

Vogliono proporre questa versione per i mercati emergenti (developed
markets) evidentemente puntando ad un costo bassissimo.

Non voglio dire che condivida l'idea, ma il pensare che questa
versione si trovera' preinstallata su un portatile pensato per il
nostro mercato e' un grosso azzardo non confermato da Microsoft.
