hai una wifi li' sopra?
se no potrebbe esser la eth1
non credo si chiami usb-qualcosa, a me si son sempre chiamate eth-qualcosa
prova a staccarla, fare ifconfig -a e vedi se trovi differenze con 
quando e' attaccata
