mv /etc/fetchmailrc ~/.fetchmailrc

oppure

b)
fetchmail -f /etc/fetchmailrc

oppure (opzione consigliata)

c)
cercare e leggere meglio. soprattutto il man:

-f <pathname> | --fetchmailrc <pathname>
 	 Specify a non-default name for the ~/.fetchmailrc run control file.
