che riporto qui visto che non seguite il link
Since the first RR4 releases, called "Gentoo Rescue Reiser4 LiveCD", I
included NVIDIA and ATI proprietary drivers. Two years are past since
then, and no one never complained about that. But now, I read that many
people say that's a GPL violation. I do not agree with them. They argue
that linking a non-GPL kernel module against the Linux Kernel before
distributing it, is illegal. But I think that they don't know that:
- - The linked stuff, is under GPL.
- - You can create the necessary kernel module completely from the GPLed
part of the official nvidia drivers sources.
- - The resulting kernel module, access to the closed source part at
runtime, and that's not a GPL violation.
By the way, Gentoo devs are working to fix this problem into mainstream
to shut up the coolest and complaining kernel developer.
But in the meantime, enjoy the full power of RR4 and RR64 Linux.

Una volta ho fatto ricorso al TAR. Ma in appello il GZIP mi ha condannato.
