ecco per tutta sta merda install il pacchetto locales e poi lancia un
locale-gen :-)))
se e' cia' installato fai un dpkg-reconfigure locales, che dovrebbe
chiederti le lingu che vuoi/ti serve generare

dpkg --purge --force-depends <nomepacchetto>
ma poi se hai altre rogne son cavolacci tua
