Honestly, you can't say my girlfriend have a small chest (she's about the
fourth measure), but she could sleep in a prone position (which is it's
favourite one). I think it depends on the bed, too.

(By now she could only sleep on her back, mainly because our son is about
5 weeks to born... so her abdomen is quite big ;-)
